The 4th Kōgei Dining was held at three venues: Atami, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka.

14:00~15:00 Special talk by Mr. Manjiro Tatsumi, a Noh performer
15:00~16:00 Exhibition and sale of Kōgei (crafts)
16:00~17:30 Concert at Nohgakudo (Noh theater)
- Joint performance by the world-renowned pianist, Ms. Martha Argerich, and Mr. Bunzo Otsuki (Shite-kata Kanze-style Noh performer and Living National Treasure)
17:30~19:30 Dinner
- The Japanese kaiseki meal was prepared by the head chef of the Hananochaya restaurant, Ryuji Yoshitomi, and the sous chef Toshiaki Miyazaki. The Western course was French cuisine by Chef Toshihiko Yoroizuka.
